Apply Intumescent compatible primer to steel(Intuprime)
-Apply Intumescent by high pressure spray application to achieve the predetermined DFT. Allowing each coat to dry.
-Apply Vinyl Topcoat in order to protect the Intumescent fromthe elements and mechanical damage. Due to the Topcoat’schemical composition it will flash of in the event of extreme heat allowing the Intumescent to work uninhibited, other topcoats may interfere with this process.
